      Pros

      Great Experience. Company invests in new software. Good place to gain manufacturing experience. Most people are great to work with and a lot to learn from.

      Cons

      Pay is way below industry standards. Hardwork is recognized but not rewarded appropriately. Great place to slack off once you build that relationship with mgmt.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
