      Large company with diverse range of product offerings. Scope to move into different product lines and good bonus scheme based on multipliers.

      Cons

      Large reduction in headcount recently due to drop in oil price. Large company mentality so difficult to get things done efficiently.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
