      hours of work, rate of pay and bonus are all pros of working here its a big organisation but friendly

      Cons

      Some management aren't up for change. Definitely a 'if your face fits' place to work.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
