      A job that gives you travel and cultural exchange opportunities. You learn to adapt and be flexible on the job. Working with different nationalities give you insight of different working styles and how to work with or around things to get things done. Everything is paid for when you travel relating to the job.

      Cons

      At this downturn of oil and gas. There are not much job opportunities. Getting experience is tough as most seniors are sent and the juniors are always left behind.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
