      Culture, work environment, people, management.

      Cons

      I don’t see a way up in my current position so i will have to move to another employer or another position internally but i would really like to stay and get promoted as I’m competent for further success.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
