new vlcc and vlooc vessel...korean built vessel...

worst management with no professionalism...no store/spare supply,no salary for 2~3 months,no provision..no timely relief..every now and then onboard seafarer calls up ITF and complains..sign off only if seafarer calls up ITF and complains...capt and chief engineer are old guys giving burden to other officers..vendors/agents not paid due to which vessel is detained by port authority and seafarer becomes sandwich between company/vendor...confidential appraisal,not an open system....technical support very poor...

got a very good job atmosphere and very good platform in my carrier...got well support from seniors...and got more attention as a trainee...'am really Thankful to them.

Keep more punctuality to serve the salary in proper date......
