      Pros

      Solid company, leader in the industry, fair compensation. Strong concern for work life balance and very flexible with time off. Overall good company to work for.

      Cons

      There is some "red tape" involved when trying to adjust to the industry regarding marketing, pricing strategies, etc. Other than that, mostly positives about NORMA Group.
