Good PTO, decent-ish pay, kind and helpful coworkers

Demeaning tasks, terrible health insurance (HDHP), culture of micromanagement and disorganization. Some departments are overseas, so if you have an issue, it won't even be looked at until the next business day. Rampant understaffing. Lack of clear communication, and sometimes I felt like they took that out on me. Diversity is practically nonexistent, and it shows in company culture.
