      Cons

      Toxic culture on the top floor among senior managers. Head of HR is clueless as is the Head of Communications. Back stabbing between them and among them is rife. as they attempt to cover their own back - they say one thing and do another. CEO seems oblivious or allows it to continue.

      Flat culture, great benefits, nice office

      Cons

      Some people have egos. Overall the company preaches how important their core values are. But they DO NOT live by their "values".
