Consist of many experience and competent people. known as a few company that pay a better salary and bonus/insurance package compare to other shipping company in the market. established company with a good reputation in the market will provide you with a good headstart if you want to pursue a career in shipping industry.
Cons
-lack of acknowledgment came from people who work in headquarter. -no SOP established resulting in most of the manager/senior manager go with what they think the best for solving the problem. -some of the head division act unfair and just treat whoever they hire as good as how much benefit that they can contribute to the team without looking to their personal/emotional needs. -bad teamwork between different offices, as headquarter often quarrel with the other offices over simple issue. -If you want to do well, make sure you nice and "always smile " to your head of dept, work perfectly and try not to make any mistake, competency not only the main factor to move forward over there.
