Poor management, lack of accountability - Anonymous employee NOOSA YOGHURT Employee Review

Very poor management, rather micromanagement. There is a high level of concern for finished product, but at all costs. People are seen as replaceable not trainable. There's a lack of communication between departments which causes gossip and conflict. More emphasis is placed on outward appearance of the facility than on the safety of plant workers just so the management looks good. Basically, if you can handle a controlling my way or the highway approach to every aspect of your work life, or are a male, don't waste your time.
