The pay is not too bad.

The culture is incredibly toxic by management, which leads to even decent employees being forced to behave toxic and "against" other staff members to survive. The site managers abuse their power and use it to fire staff who speak up with obviously made up reasons. And those who aren't fired are either let go in "redundancies" without warning (although the company can pay for massive parties for management and clients) or quit after about one year due to the toxic culture. The management give a lot of lip service to "caring about staff" and emphasise the flexibility and pay offer, but behind the scenes power plays, evil politics and lies are the norm.
