Pros

If you live near a noco, the regular customers you get on a daily basis that make or put a smile on your face.

Cons

Not enough workers, not good enough pay for everything you have to do, not flexible with scheduling, and they never have enough workers at the company.

Pros

Travel time can be an easy float for hours. You can work outdoors most days.

Cons

Hours are wildly in consist you could work 50 hours one week and 10 hours the rest of the month. Their are expectation for employees to travel up to eight hours to and from a jobsite within a day no notice. There is no scheduled work week, hours are given by text message at any hour of the day ranging from during the work day to 9 pm the night before or 5 am the morning of. Employer employee relation are nonexistent with upper management just hiring as many people as they can to fills gaps as people leave. Work varies from environmental related tasks to whatever odds and ends the need to be done for one their 20 different branches of business they own and operate.
