Pros
If you a fresher of if you are new to domain probably you stand to gain for may be year and at the max would say 18 months. I would say the CEO was (and probably is also now) a visionary. It is because of this I continued my stint more than couple of years.
Cons
Seniors with no people management skills talking big and trying to protect personal interest put juniors and sincere workers at difficult situation and setting unrealistic expectations. Not clearly stating expectations, top level working on hearsay. Financial stability - many a times used got salary credited in parts.
