A Netherlands based company that will exploit cheap workers in the Istanbul office without giving them a raise for 2 years, NMQ offers you the opportunity to clock your toilet breaks. Your managers will question what you've been up to in the last 12 minutes you weren't at your desk. You will be asked to complete tasks in half the time that would be normally required. The useless onboarding system will not help and you will be facing tasks that you don't know how to perform as no one taught you. No one can teach you now either since obviously no one has that much time here. If you want to be treated as 19-th century cotton factory worker then this place is what you're looking for. Mid-management and human resources are useless in communicating your issues to the upper managements, too.
