No matter what position you hold, no matter what you do for this company the only policy this company believes in is that the employees are slaves and that is exactly how they should be treated. Your organisation is already having a bad name in staffing world because of the kind of hiring firing policies that you follow specially after the recent trends. Whatever stories you cook up to defend we all know what the truth is. Freshers- stay away from this company they can't build your future. NLB believe in destroying careers. Talk to some old employees and you'll get to know in detail.
For experienced resources: Do Not trust this company. There are much better ones around go for them. The entire planning structure here is pathetic and they do not respect their employees. With lot of seniors leaving the company the entire staffing market is well aware of your policies. Looks like success turned out to be one tough thing for NLB to digest. Grow up and face the reality. You grew because your people supported you but you guys are going in wrong direction now.
