      Pros

      Company with underground high voltage cable products that are needed to create a sustainable society. Dedicated, knowledgable employees. Cooperative work environment.

      Cons

      Extreme turnover of senior management. General leadership team replaced twice during last 5 years. 80+% of top 50 leaders less then 3 years with the company. Financial business risk of high voltage solutions business is very large compared to company turnover.
