Pros
Large firm benefits. Most of the people on the staff levels are great and very hard working people.
Cons
Too much nepotism. If you get on the bad side of a partner you get fired. They recently let the best manager I have ever worked with go for a stupid reason. She was the best thing going for them. She was the only manager that actually worked.
