Pros
-Sometimes there's food...if you're working 12 hours on both Saturday and Sunday -Once in a while you'll meet a nice person (be warned they will get fired soon, don't get too excited)... -They have currently 2 nice employees (won't name names) but they're so overworked they probably can't spend any time with you -May have nice clients...but your colleagues won't want you making friends with them, they want to dominate the relationship
Cons
-The work culture is just absolutely toxic from the top down -Everyone walks on eggshells, the companies management favours one or two confident (and horrible) people, who dictate the tone of the entire office -No teaching, no collaboration, and no room to learn or produce any quality of work -You literally dread going in to work every single day... -Ridiculous requests made from management -Top management is never in the office
