      Warm and friendly fast paced-busy environment. The shows and community engagement events are top-notch. The organization is always looking for ways to improve and expand which is admirable

      office space is minimal, and staff are constantly being relocated to accommodate the rapid growth and expansion.

      Free performances, that is the only pro.

      Cons

      House Management doesn't care for its employees. Usher locker room in the basement. It's like upstairs downstairs tv show.
