The leaders are approachable. The staff actually cares for the employees and looks after you. They will try as much as they can to find you a new project in case your current projects ends. By far the best IT Recruiter staff I've ever experienced as a contractor. Also, they have great products like VioTalk, JobsNProfile and a few in pipe line.

Cons: Can't think of anything.
