Pros

There no benefits or perks that can be mentioned

Cons

1. Higher management dont care anything about employees. 2. Unrealistic deadlines. Goes again to Higher management incompetency. They push so many offerings to the customer that is impossible to do within the timeline they offer, then pressurise Devs and QA to finish the feature by working day and night. 3. Worst work timings throughout the software industry, They will make you work two slots per day. 11am to 6 pm then 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm. each slot extends usually and it will feel like that you are working almost 14-15 hours. These timings were made so that people can work with the people who are sitting onshore, but the managment is too dumb to understand that it is not needed for the whole employee base to sit and work when only few people on roaster can make the work. 4. 4 hour mandatory saturday work, which extends upto 8 hours without any compensation. 5. Blatant favouritism. The company is run by bunch of Business analysts and senior Devs, who are dearest to the higher management. 6. Worst leave policy, they have made even the public holidays as optional, that you have to request in advance. When you demand the leave on holidays like Holi, they will start reserving on seniority basis. 7. No benefits like health Insurance at all. You can not expect a single thing apart from your salary, not even compassion from the management.'' 8. They ask their employees in probabation to put good reviews about the company, this is the reason they have good reviews on glassdoor. Pathetic people.

I loved how welcoming the team was and supportive of the learning curve I had.

Cons

Smaller company so you don’t get as many large opportunities for social interaction outside of work.
