      Pros

      Just a really empowering team I work with. The organization is really strong in team work and collaboration in a tough time for work places. The environment is full of open communication and great practices to develop individually and as an organization. New ideas are welcomed. Ambition is rewarded. Progress is a given. Only cleaver people around and lots of fun attitudes and personalities.

      Cons

      Workload. Lots of projects, lots of growth at the moment. Easy to get pulled in many directions at once. Helps to enjoy praise and have thick skin. All your accomplishments and failures will be highlighted.
