From the moment I began, I felt welcomed into a driven, dynamic, and diverse team that is passionate about helping researchers. The work is extremely varied and I love being able to be creative in a company on the border between industry and academia. The hours are flexible, and regular meetings keep the pace fast but ensure the highest quality outputs for the team. Not to mention fostering positive feelings of community that extends to our users. The management has a clear focus on the growth of the company which they recognize starts with prioritizing the growth of individuals who work there.

This is a required field for this form, so I will endeavor to put something here. I think there are so many fantastic ideas, directions, roles, and goals within NIRx, yet we need more human-power to achieve them to the fullest. Everyone already goes above and beyond because they are so passionate and interested in what they do. Simply put, the more the merrier!
