      There are a lot of smart, hard-working people there.

      Aggressive micromanagement, by an owner who is clearly out of his depth, and is clueless about how his company is perceived by the broker community at large.

      Pros

      Management does a great job of keeping employees informed and the expectations, not overbearing at all. Working from is a great perk as well. Benefits and PTO are the best I have seen yet in my insurance career.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing is a Con here. We work as a team and take great care of our members. Again, great place to work.
