Where to start from, My worst experience working in EV industry The company has no clear focus on growth, they are strugling with creating any good working culture and treat people as some robots who should just do what they say, without challenging or asking any questions back. There is no diversity, they give more preference in hiring just Chinese speaking candidates. NO procedures are followed and lots of mess in the business. Whatever leader wants its done, with risks of people retention, growth challenge and local labour laws. Everyday pressure is made on people and lots of overtime without any pay or benefit. They show everything over the moon when in reality they are struggling to even find a ground to stand first.
