      Pros

      None that I can think of now, but this place used to be a promising Silicon Valley startup in terms of culture, people, etc.

      Cons

      Company now is in complete shambles. The future of the USA office is seemingly on the chopping block and essentially serve as minions to the China office. Too many walls between departments and what other colleagues have said on Glassdoor about nepotism, toxicity, and incompetent upper management driving the company into the ground are all true.

      Pros

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!

      Just like everywhere else, you have your ups and downs.

      Some tasks were repetitive, and the internship period was relatively short.
