      Good food, good amenities

      Mediocre leadership who have no idea what they want and what it takes to achieve it. Culture is come in , have fun and go. absolutely no accountability . No team work. COE is a polished and tries to showcase her fake caring nature. She is nothing more than a showoff.

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!
