Pros

Great benefits, access to world class workout facilities, and the discount is hard to beat.

Cons

The benefits and discounts don't compensate for the lack of leadership and professional development that is not provided consistently across the entire company. In many areas employees are often babysat by people that love power and being called "manager" Nike knows that everyone wants to work there by the thousands of resume submitted per position. Having this market power allows them to often greatly underpay for talent because its next man up mentality. Outside of VPs, directors and the higher positions the brand has more priority than their employees that actually make it successful.

Pros

This started as a summer job during COVID and extended for the next couple of years. I loved working here and in my experience had a good managers. I personally like Nike so the discount was a big perk!

Cons

The main con is pay. I was paid near minimum wage with little increase YOY. If you want to pursue corporate there are rotations that become available at the retail level, but very competitive.

Pros

Benefits are good. Pay is okay. Usually get a bonus every year.

Cons

Management is horrible. The culture inside is awful. The workers aren't great, either. They don't pay for holidays anymore, also.
