Cons
Fast-Paced work environment with a very demanding set of expectations. While there are many opportunities to shine in the company, if you are unable to finish your task (regardless of whether completion was even possible) then you have 3+ coaches who seek to understand why you couldn't finish and who will coach you to improve. Also going into overtime is a big no-no, even if they schedule you at 40 hours and overtime is 40.01 hours
