Pros
Nike has a great benefit package. they have a great stock purchase plan. such a large company gives you lots of areas for advancement. Getting better about the work life balance. Sumemr hours are leaving Friday at noon.
Cons
Easy to get missed becuase of the size. Really need to understand the networking process to advance. Needs to get up to speed on the ability to work from home.
