-Usually selective when hiring so they get the best most energy full employees.. so that provides a good work environment -decent pay for part-time -Social able - Cheap shoes and clothes
Cons
-Poor management based on the following reasons If you wanted a holiday there was no guarantee simply based on the fact that if a manager wanted it then they would get it before you zero flexibility with hours. I was part time and was expected to work every single Saturday and Sunday for two years which is awful they do hours which suit the two main managers (ie head coach and assistant head coach) and really do the other coaches over Massive turn over in staff based on poor head management -MY ONLINE DISCOUNT WAS REFUSED TO BE SET UP AND I WORKED THERE TWO YEARS !!!!!!!
