Pros
Staff benefits were great Yearly increment
Cons
This review is to people who are looking to apply jobs at the company store . Kindly think twice before you put yourself into a toxic place . During my first three months in the store, I experienced a lack of proper onboarding from the leaders. Some were giving the negative vibes of unwilling to handle new staffs. > Some leaders used language that felt degrading rather than constructive, leaving staff feeling disrespected and undervalued, also some would smile in your face when seeing staff breakdown. The company maintained detailed record books to document staff behaviour, including monitoring time spent away from the floor, which created a stressful and overly controlled working environment. Staff were also expected to attend store meetings on their off days or arrive before scheduled shifts, often without consideration for personal time or rest. In-store trainers were given additional responsibilities beyond their scope despite receiving a small allowance of $200 and their performance was frequently scrutinised rather than supported. There was a noticeable inconsistency in how staff were treated, which contributed to a sense of unfairness and low morale. Employees who showed strong interest in sneakers also felt unfairly judged or misunderstood as resellers. Overall, working in the company store did not feel rewarding, as staff often felt undervalued and easily replaceable rather than recognised as part of the team.
