      NIIT is a great place to work. It is a process driven organization and NIIT is Global Leaders in Skill and Talent Development. NIIT offer Multi – disciplinary learning management and training delivery solutions to corporations, Institutions and Individuals in over 40 Countries.

      Cons

      Nothing much to say, as it is process driven organization obviously it takes time to get adjusted for some in system.
