Factors affecting compensation are performance, role, date of joining for new NIITians & salary band positioning. Every NIITian gets an email to this effect from the CPO. Every single compensation letter is reviewed by HR before release on the NIITians portal called iNIITian. I would recommend this NIITian to write to the CPO with the exact nature of the issue and get the same resolved at the earliest
