      1. Excellent research environment and facilities, atmosphere, full of groups and labs with whole biomedical community 2. Powerful Biowulf cluster system for computational guys, advanced cluster management with A100 GPUs 3. Quiet, safe, beautiful campus

      1. The NIH library needs to be expanded. 2. Lack of retirement benefits for postdoctoral visiting fellows.

      Pros

      a lot of resources for your to explore and their Biowulf HPC system is very powerful and make my work much more efficient.

      Cons

      If you live not that close, the traffic to commute to the bethesda campus is heavy during rush hour.
