      increase in stipend yearly innovative and complex projects

      Cons

      overall stipend is low for the first year especially the area is expensive so increasing the stipend to accommodate for that would be better some PIs seem to overwork interns more than 40 hours.

      Pros

      a lot of resources for your to explore and their Biowulf HPC system is very powerful and make my work much more efficient.

      Cons

      If you live not that close, the traffic to commute to the bethesda campus is heavy during rush hour.

      People are generally friendly, the schedule flexibility is pretty good

      Cons

      The current administration is not good at managing anything. Their directives constantly change and leave us with more work and less output.
