      Pros

      I have a lot of flexibility. Benefits are awesome. The science is great and there are a LOT of smart people here. Work here is interesting and fun.

      Cons

      Good managers are rare. Many are incompetent and defensive and unreasonable as a result.

      Pros

      a lot of resources for your to explore and their Biowulf HPC system is very powerful and make my work much more efficient.

      Cons

      If you live not that close, the traffic to commute to the bethesda campus is heavy during rush hour.

      People are generally friendly, the schedule flexibility is pretty good

      Cons

      The current administration is not good at managing anything. Their directives constantly change and leave us with more work and less output.
