      Good health insurance options, Thrift savings plan contributions, and good pay.

      Cons

      Can be hard to move up the career ladder. Federal jobs are few and far between since many are sourced out to contractors. Retirement match could be better.

      a lot of resources for your to explore and their Biowulf HPC system is very powerful and make my work much more efficient.

      Cons

      If you live not that close, the traffic to commute to the bethesda campus is heavy during rush hour.

      People are generally friendly, the schedule flexibility is pretty good

      Cons

      The current administration is not good at managing anything. Their directives constantly change and leave us with more work and less output.
