      Pros

      Le NIH est un bon institut pour faire un post doctorat. Les postdocs étant nombreux, leur immersion est bien encadrée. Il n'y a pas de problèmes de budget pour mener à bien ses projets. Bethesda est une ville très agréable, à proximité de l'aéroport international.

      Cons

      Cela reste un posdoc. A moins de vouloir devenir PI, en lien avec la clinique, c'est un institut de passage pour les postdocs. Bien que confortable, Bethesda et les environs restent chers.

      Pros

      a lot of resources for your to explore and their Biowulf HPC system is very powerful and make my work much more efficient.

      Cons

      If you live not that close, the traffic to commute to the bethesda campus is heavy during rush hour.

      People are generally friendly, the schedule flexibility is pretty good

      Cons

      The current administration is not good at managing anything. Their directives constantly change and leave us with more work and less output.
