      Pros

      Elkhart is a nice place. I was able to leave early.

      Cons

      It's a little dictatorship environment. Out of this world, you have to be part of it to know, but stay away. If your life is lacking of fear, then you're welcome to apply and join. Don't trust all five stars reviews, those come from HR.

      Pros

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Cons

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
