      Pros

      Strong name in the industry; Good line products; Opportunities for cross-functional promotions/opportunities; Quality employees with experience (15 years experience with NIBCO is common).

      Cons

      Very toxic HR department rampant with cronyism; CPO that makes the rules up as she goes along (with no ethics); Upper management is afraid to do almost anything of significance due to potential firing and pushback from CPO; Constant revisions to insurance/benefits for employees.

      Pros

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Cons

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
