      Pros

      Good products and some great people, core products are well received but new product introduction needs a lot of work.

      Cons

      One big item was the belief that 'Great Ideas only come from HQ" and that field suggestions were not taken seriously, said they wanted to hear the (VOC) voice of the customer but never really did.

      Pros

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Cons

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
