Pros
NIBCO is the best! They truly care about their associates. Those who work hard are recognized and rewarded. The extra events throughout the year are fun - I don't think there are other companies in this area that offer anything like this. My company stock continues to go up year after year - can't complain about that. Upper Management shares the company financials with the entire organization so we always know where the company stands. Do other companies do that? I am very proud to say I work for NIBCO and it is a great place to work. I hope to continue to work there until the day I retire!
Cons
It is unfortunate the way some people view upper management. Changes have to be made from that level and not everyone may agree with the change but it's for the company's best interest. That is why NIBCO has been so successful - especially in the past recent economy when so many other companies have struggled.
