At least the working culture is non-existent, so you can get away with doing absolutely nothing if you wish.

Basically no career progression. Colleagues not particularly friendly, need to always be watching your back. Lazy work culture.

I really enjoyed the temporary teams at NIAB during their peak season, the manager was great- both empathetic and hard working. I found it to be the perfect job and opportunity to transition from university to industry

The workload can be very high at times, there should be more full time employees
