Good job security, great for graduates to get exposure to working within healthcare systems and understanding the environment. Good training and development opportunities.
Cons
Management seemed to be mostly people that have been there long enough to get promoted and seemed somewhat jaded. Very hard to drive change as most things were done the same way they always had.
