      Pros

      Great company with great people who treat their employees well. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Not the best pay, but many people stay because the trade-offs are worth it (chill company, remote/hybrid opportunity, nice bosses, don't overwork you). Not a lot of paid holidays and avg to low paid time off.
