      It can be relaxed compared to the public sector with no targets or pressure Get good discounts and benefits with millions of companies

      Cons

      The salary is just above minimum wage There are not many positions within the accounting department Many staff have been there forever so if you don't like the environment it's unlikely to change until current people retire
