Pros
Work load not shared out equally,Team members were unhelpful and took libertys,The promise of 6 weeks training on take over with nhs property services never got completed,but supervisor marked and took files to complete of upstairs staff,Supervisor complained if you were a few mins late,whilst team not help,but other team worked together,and downstairs person did all work alone.You worked so hard to do everything and you would get pulled up on audits for work men faults,floor machine never took off marks and leaves over run entrance of building,1 person downstairs had more floor space to cover with machine,whilst other 2 work together,one clean rooms and one use floor machine,unfairness and lack of team work,Supervisor listen to other 2 staff on if you late at end,but other staff not help,and feel rounds are incorrect.The supervisor was always buisy on his visit to the surgery and not had much time to communicate with you.Staff in hospital were always nosey and in a click,want to know why you can't do overtime etc.
Cons
Office staff in building and receptionists,Most office workers are leaving when you clean,Offices and kitchens are of a relevant size.
