      Pros

      It is a very exciting and face paced environment. There is always work to be done, even in the offseason. Great being able o work in athletics and around like minded people.

      Cons

      Hard work. Con to some, but pro to others.

      Pros

      The managers were excellent, and the weekly Lunch & Learn sessions provided valuable opportunities to hear directly from leadership. It was a great environment for networking, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and inviting.

      Cons

      The internship compensation was limited, but the experience and learning opportunities made it worthwhile, and many would have gladly taken part even without pay.
